Therapeutic massage is the use of any type of modality to help relieve pain, reduce stress and work on a specific problem, such as frozen shoulder, scoliosis, injuries, TMJD, headaches, sciatic pain or any other type of musculoskeletal issues you may be dealing with. We will discuss your concerns, I will assess you and we will come up with a treatment plan that works for you. Tools such as silicone cups and FMT Blades may be used.

Deep Tissue

A therapeutic treatment where a deeper pressure is used and the therapeutic outcome is prioritized over relaxation. Tools such as silicone cups and FMT Blades may be used.

 

Lymphatic Massage

A specialized form of massage therapy that is very gentle and relaxing. It stimulates lymph flow throughout the body, which affects the immune system due to the increased processing of lymph through the system. It also helps to decongest swollen areas, relieve pain, and is very calming for the nervous system.

This gentle therapeutic massage can help with many conditions such as headaches, sinus pain, TMJ, arthritis, bruises, pre-orthopaedic & cosmetic surgery and so on.

IASTM

Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization is movement therapy and performance enhancement with soft tissue techniques. Some of the tools may be hard-edged, but the techniques don’t need to be aggressive to deliver superior outcomes. FMT Blades work with your nervous system to resolve fascial restrictions, adhesions, tight and dysfunctional tissue, as well as  pain and weakness.

Myofascial Cupping

Silicone cups are used for tissue gliding, traction and decompression to help improve tissue mobility, movement and modulate discomfort.

Rapid NeuroFascial Reset
